

How to book multiple days of daycare on
Step 1: Log-in

Pet Parent Portal: To log-in, visit https://totallywoof.portal.gingrapp.com

Gingr for Pet Parents App: Download the app from the Apple App or Google Play store. You will need to enter the unique invite code. To get the invite code, please send us an email or call us: dogs@totallywoof.com/(603) 798 3647 (CHICHESTER) or hello@totallywoof.com/(603) 577 1576 (NASHUA)
Step 2: Start Your Booking

Scroll down, select your pet, and click START BOOKING

Choose your location (Chichester or Nashua)
Note: Your home location is the default. Contact us if you need to change it.
Step 3: Select Your Booking Category

Choose Daycare & Boarding
-
Pick your first daycare date on the calendar

Select your Drop-off and Pick-up times (times don't need to be exact unless for boarding or grooming)
Step 4: Add More Dates

Click +ADD MORE DATES (blue text under pick-up time)
-
Choose between:
-
Recurring Dates – Select specific weekdays, how often (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), and an end date (up to 90 days ahead)

Specific Dates – Manually select additional daycare days

Click AVAILABLE DATES to check availability
-
Click ADD DATES
Step 5: Add Services and Notes

After adding dates, you'll see Add-On Services (e.g., grooming, nail trims, treats, teeth brushing, etc.)

Scroll down to NOTES to share special requests (e.g., add-ons for specific days, authorized pickup persons, or special instructions)
Step 6: Review and Submit

Click REVIEW to see your requested dates

Generate a price estimate (without package discounts)
-
Agree to the terms and conditions
-
Click SUBMIT REQUEST
Wait for a confirmation email before bringing your dog in!
For urgent requests or if you didn't receive confirmation, call us before arriving. Same-day bookings may not be available.


Guide for Our Clients!
Checking Your Future Reservations

On your Home Screen, view upcoming reservations under "Welcome, [Your Name]"

Click BOOK (bottom of the app or left side of the browser) to see all future appointments

Booking statuses:
-
Pending Acceptance – We haven't reviewed it yet
-
Confirmed – Approved and scheduled
-
Waitlisted – Fully booked, waiting for an opening
-
Rejected or Canceled – Not scheduled
-
Cancelling a Day of Daycare
-
Click the booking you want to cancel
-
Select CANCEL BOOKING and choose a cancellation reason
-
Click CANCEL BOOKING again to finalize

Cancel as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
Checking Your Daycare Package Balance

In the Gingr app or website, go to ACCOUNT
-
Click My Packages & Subscriptions
-
See your remaining daycare days
💡 Most packages expire 60 days after purchase
💡 Packages can be shared among dogs in the same household
Uploading Vet Records

In ACCOUNT, select UPLOAD RECORDS (cloud icon)
-
Upload a JPEG, PNG, or PDF of your vet records
-
If there's an issue, email your records to:

Changing Your Home Location
-
Go to ACCOUNT > Manage Profiles
-
Click EDIT under your name
-
Select your Home Location (this will be your default but can be changed per booking)

You can also update your password, contact info, emergency contacts, authorized pickup persons, or saved credit card here.
