Totally Woof was founded by a family of passionate and experienced dog trainers who understand that dogs need more than just a place to stay—they need a space to thrive. Our mission is to create an environment where every dog feels free to play, explore, and unwind. We know that each pup is unique, so we take the time to understand their individual personalities, preferences, and quirks. From the start, we carefully assess each new dog's temperament to make sure they’ll feel comfortable and happy in their group, setting the stage for a positive and safe experience.

Thom Sullivan
Manager
Thom has served as a Manager at Totally Woof since 2020, is PackPro certified and renowned for his special ability to connect with even the most challenging dogs. His empathetic demeanor, expert training, and unwavering patience ensure every pup feels safe, understood, and ready to thrive. He has a German Shepherd named Sterling who adores him!
Anna Mello
Manager
With over 12 years of experience across customer service, management, scheduling, animal care, and retail, Anna brings a blend of professionalism, warmth, and hands-on expertise to our team.
Known for her clear communication and genuine heart, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting both our staff and the pups in our care.
Whether she’s coordinating schedules, guiding the team, or welcoming pet parents, Anna’s focus is always the same: creating a positive, seamless experience for every furry family member—and their humans.
Alisha Finneran
Manager & PackPro Team Leader
Chichester Location
Alisha brings over five years of leadership experience to her role as Manager of our Chichester location and Totally Woof’s PackPro Team Leader. With her calm confidence and team-first spirit, she not only leads the pack in Chichester but also supports staff and pups across all Totally Woof locations.
A lifelong animal lover, Alisha has cared for everything from tiny gerbils and curious cats to energetic pups, making her a natural fit for our team. Her passion for animal wellness and her warm, approachable nature make her beloved by staff, clients, and dogs alike.
We affectionately call her “Leash”—because whether it’s leading the team or walking a rowdy pup, she does it all with a smile.

April, a graduate of Canine Massage Therapy program, specializes in improving dogs' health through deep tissue techniques that enhance circulation, relieve tension, and promote healing. Whether your pup is an athlete or needs relaxation, April’s personalized care ensures they thrive.
