Totally Woof was founded by a family of passionate and experienced dog trainers who understand that dogs need more than just a place to stay—they need a space to thrive. Our mission is to create an environment where every dog feels free to play, explore, and unwind. We know that each pup is unique, so we take the time to understand their individual personalities, preferences, and quirks. From the start, we carefully assess each new dog's temperament to make sure they’ll feel comfortable and happy in their group, setting the stage for a positive and safe experience.

Founder and CEO
Lara Sinclair
With over 26 years of experience training and rehabilitating rescue dogs, Lara combines expertise, compassion, and a genuine love for animals to provide exceptional canine care. Her background as a nurse and Vice President of Clinical Operations for a national company has shaped her commitment to excellence and her ability to meet each dog's unique needs. At Totally Woof, Lara brings her warm, professional approach to creating a joyful, supportive environment where every dog can truly thrive.

Ralph Sinclair
In loving memory of Ralph Sinclair (1961–2021), whose vision and dedication helped shape the foundation of Totally Woof.
Ralph began his career as a trainer in 1975 with champion show Collies, teaching for competition and later became a certified trainer by none other than the world-famous Matthew Margolis. Coupling this experience with his degree in biology and animal behavior created the perfect foundation for forming Woof Woof in 1995, the first-ever doggy daycare in New Hampshire. Then with his wife Lara, they opened Totally Woof in Nashua in 2021! His dedication and standards for consistent love, praise and affection are the foundation of Totally Woof and we honor his memory in all we do.
Krista Gariepy
General Manager
Krista has served as a Manager in Nashua for two years and is now the general manager overseeing both Nashua and Chichester. Drawing on her extensive experience coaching softball from ages 10 through college, she seamlessly translates those leadership and training skills to help dogs become confident, well-behaved companions. With a positive attitude and a lead-by-example approach, Krista fosters a supportive and thriving environment for both pups and team members.
Thom Sullivan
Manager
Thom has served as a Manager at Totally Woof since 2020, is PackPro certified and renowned for his special ability to connect with even the most challenging dogs. His empathetic demeanor, expert training, and unwavering patience ensure every pup feels safe, understood, and ready to thrive. He has a German Shepherd named Sterling who adores him!
April Capen
Certified Canine Massage Specialist
April, a graduate of Canine Massage Therapy program, specializes in improving dogs' health through deep tissue techniques that enhance circulation, relieve tension, and promote healing. Whether your pup is an athlete or needs relaxation, April’s personalized care ensures they thrive.
Alisha Finneran
Manager & PackPro Team Leader
Chichester Location
Alisha brings over five years of leadership experience to her role as Manager of our Chichester location and Totally Woof’s PackPro Team Leader. With her calm confidence and team-first spirit, she not only leads the pack in Chichester but also supports staff and pups across all Totally Woof locations.
A lifelong animal lover, Alisha has cared for everything from tiny gerbils and curious cats to energetic pups, making her a natural fit for our team. Her passion for animal wellness and her warm, approachable nature make her beloved by staff, clients, and dogs alike.
We affectionately call her “Leash”—because whether it’s leading the team or walking a rowdy pup, she does it all with a smile.
Lia Alonzo
Executive Administrator & Social Media Coordinator
Lia keeps things running smoothly at Totally Woof while also bringing our community to life online. She loves sharing the fun and joy of our pups with their families. She’s a proud dog mom to Yogi, her playful 4-year-old pup.
Yogi often inspires her creativity and reminds her of the happiness dogs bring every day.
Lia's goal is to support the team through efficient administration and to connect with clients by showcasing the heart of Totally Woof on social media.
Anna Mello
Manager
With over 12 years of experience across customer service, management, scheduling, animal care, and retail, Anna brings a blend of professionalism, warmth, and hands-on expertise to our team.
Known for her clear communication and genuine heart, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting both our staff and the pups in our care.
Whether she’s coordinating schedules, guiding the team, or welcoming pet parents, Anna’s focus is always the same: creating a positive, seamless experience for every furry family member—and their humans.
